Why Achates Community?

Achates Community is a leadership programme for fundraisers. By this we mean it is a programme that covers all of the different components of fundraising to programme design, evaluation, writing a strategy, to working with Boards - just about everything. Designed for professional fundraisers, producers, artists and CEO's, it is a programme that recognises that fundraisers are often unacknowledged leaders and will support them in developing their skills in all of these areas as well as in being leaders both of organisations and within organisations who take a purpose-led and audience-informed approach.

  • The Purposeful Leader leadership Programme:  Bringing together senior leaders, professional fundraisers, producers, artists and CEOs to foster collaboration, this programme will support those who lead within the sector to develop the tools to act as the conduit through which change is enabled and purpose is realised. The PLP not only provides a platform to exchange ideas and practices but also enrich one's leadership qualities within your respective organisations.
